Had an Off Week

I had a bit of an off week as I was busy with work.  The spare time I had I used to go biking rather than Insanity.  Winter is coming on fast and I'm trying to get in as much riding as possible before the trails are under snow.  I plan to get back on Insanity this week and will update on my progress.

    Hah....that last post was me. Kim. The dude in Insanity says Peace Out at the end of every workout...now if you had been doing this daily you would know that! :-)
